📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95 USD.
  • Free Shipping (EMS on orders over $50 USD): 15-25 business days after shipment.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your gear is on its way.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship globally to bring durable canoes, stable fishing kayaks, and reliable accessories to adventurers everywhere. However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to a small number of remote regions and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will notify you if your address is affected.

How are products packaged for shipping?

We treat your gear with the same care you will. All items—from hard-shell canoes to inflatable kayak accessories—are securely packed with protective materials to guard against the rigors of transit. Our packaging is built to ensure your adventure starts the moment you unbox.

What is your return policy?

Confidence in your gear is key. If an item isn’t right for you, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging included. For full details and instructions, please click here.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
