*The one flaw of this cooler is the lack of a gap between the frame and the latches, making it difficult to open the cooler latches. The easy fix for this is drilling a small hole in the bottom of each latch and attaching a loop of cordage or shoe string, creating a pull tab for each latch. This will NOT void the warranty of your cooler, as confirmed by Canyon.*
