Our Return & Exchange Promise
- Return Window: You may return most items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Initiation: All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our crew first (see Section 5).

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Crew (Required)
Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we get all necessary information quickly.
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Include a copy of your original packing slip or the RMA email inside the box. Affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable) or ship to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Our Inspection & Your Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
- For Refunds: We will process the refund to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or discuss an alternative.

Refunds: Timing & Method
We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to shipping your gear.
- Timing: After we approve your return, please allow:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply to large, heavy, or specialized items like canoes, catarafts, and fishing rafts. We will clearly communicate any fees before you ship your return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the standard return process above.
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your initial email.
- Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
