Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA email inside the box. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Step 4: Our Inspection & Your Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status.
- For Refunds: We will process the refund to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement once the return is approved. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or discuss an alternative.
Refunds: Timing & Method
