• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply to large/heavy items (e.g., canoes, rafts) for returns not due to our error.
• Exchanges: Subject to product availability. Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.
